01Using this site

These terms apply to gatordefense.com, which is run by Gator Defense LLC. Gator IT Solutions is a division of the same company. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02What the information on this site is (and isn't)

The site describes our company, capabilities and the kinds of work we do. It is general information. It is not an offer, a bid, a proposal or a price quote, and it doesn't create a contract. Any work we perform is governed only by a signed agreement or a government contract award.

We may perform work ourselves or with qualified teaming partners and subcontractors, as each contract allows. Certifications, NAICS codes and registration details are accurate as of the date they were posted. For the current record, check SAM.gov and the SBA.

03What you send us

When you send us something through a form or by email:

• Make sure it's accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• Sending a partner submission doesn't create a teaming agreement, a subcontract or any exclusivity. Those require a separate written agreement.
• Joining our talent network or applying for a role isn't an offer of employment. Any job offer will be made in writing.
• Don't send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data (ITAR/EAR), another company's proprietary bid information or personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers.
• Unless we've signed a nondisclosure agreement with you, we can't treat unsolicited ideas or materials as confidential. We'll still handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable use

Please don't:

• try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren't authorized to use, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
• upload or send malware, or interfere with how the site works;
• use bots or scripts to submit forms, or scrape the site in bulk;
• send spam or advertising through our forms;
• pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to a company or agency;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

05Our name, logo and content

The Gator Defense and Gator IT Solutions names, the gator logo and the text, graphics and documents on this site belong to Gator Defense LLC or are used with permission. You may view the site and share our capability statement to evaluate working with us. Please don't copy our logo or content for other purposes, or suggest that we endorse you, without our written permission.

06Links to other sites

We link to outside sites, such as government resources, for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

07Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site or its content. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gator Defense LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies only to use of the website. It does not limit what is agreed in any contract between us.

09Responsibility for misuse

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including attorneys' fees.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Disputes arising under a government contract are governed by that contract and applicable federal law.

11Changes and other terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
